Le Swiss Legume Hub est une plateforme de connaissances et de partage d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux l\u00e9gumineuses cultiv\u00e9es en Suisse. Elle rassemble des informations scientifiques, techniques et pratiques pour tous les acteur.ices int\u00e9ress\u00e9.es par ces cultures.<\/p>\n

Ce site a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 par le FiBL dans le cadre du projet de recherche LupINNO SUISSE (2021-2025) dont l\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une fili\u00e8re de lupin en Suisse. Ce projet a permis de travailler sur la s\u00e9lection de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de lupin tol\u00e9rantes \u00e0 l\u2019anthracnose et pauvres en alcalo\u00efdes, d\u2019identifier des opportunit\u00e9s de valorisation pour l\u2019alimentation humaine, de mettre en r\u00e9seau les acteur.ices de la cha\u00eene de valeur et d\u2019\u00e9valuer le potentiel de march\u00e9 du lupin suisse.<\/p>\n

Depuis 2025, le Swiss Legume Hub est port\u00e9 par le projet LEGU4FOOD <\/strong>(2025-2028), soutenu par la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration. Ce programme a pour objectif de stimuler le d\u00e9veloppement de fili\u00e8res de l\u00e9gumineuses de niche destin\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation humaine, notamment la gesse et le lupin blanc, en explorant leur potentiel comme sources de prot\u00e9ines locales pour l\u2019alimentation humaine. Il vise \u00e0 relier les strat\u00e9gies de s\u00e9lection vari\u00e9tale \u00e0 la transformation des aliments en impliquant les parties prenantes de la cha\u00eene de valeur. <\/span><\/p>\n
